Delivery is free on all orders over the value of £100.00 (ex. VAT). For any orders under this value, delivery is charged at £5.95 and sent via next day service.

Please submit vector files, such as PDF, EPS, SVG, or AI, if possible. Raster files, such as JPG or PNG, can be used if necessary. Don’t worry if your logo doesn’t have the exact colours you want – we can easily change this to ensure they work with the background on which they’ll be placed.

We charge a one-time fee to set up your logo for embroidery or print. This is then saved for future orders that use the same logo.
When you add decoration to an item, you will be given the option of having us contact you for your logo. This will allow you to place an order, and you may then send your logo at your convenience when we contact you via email.

Although most items can be printed or embroidered, depending on the logo, one decoration method may produce a better result. Designs with colour gradients or fountain fills, for example, can be printed as is, but gradients cannot be stitched. After you place an order and we receive your logo, we may contact you to make a recommendation on the decoration method.

Artwork proofs are provided for your approval before anything goes into production. You can still make changes up until this point.

We update our customers via their provided email address during each stage of the order process. You’ll know when your order has been confirmed, produced and dispatched.

Once you have approved your artwork, your order will be produced and delivered within 5-7 working days.

If you are in any way unhappy with your order, please contact us immediately. We will accept items being returned for up to 14 days from the original delivery date, if they haven’t been embroidered or printed on (just make sure your items are in the original condition and packaging).

For personalised items, we can only accept these back if they are faulty or incorrect. Just contact us first to obtain a returns number so we know what you’re sending back and to confirm whether you require a refund or an exchange. We’ll then send you a returns note, which you’ll need to place in the parcel your returning.

You can cancel or amend your order at any stage before it goes into physical production. For orders without customisation, providing the goods have not been dispatched, we should be able to accommodate your change. Just contact us either via email on info@cwear.co.uk or call us on 0121 446 2610

We accept all major credit and debit cards, or you can apply for a Trade Credit Account. We also accept payment over the phone.

We always produce a proof for new logos and designs to ensure you are completely happy with how everything looks prior to production being carried out. Artwork will look to proof out all orders within 24-48 working hours of orders being placed. You will receive your artwork proof via email. Your artwork must be approved before any production can be carried out. We are not responsible for errors once permission for production has been given by the customer.
